Job Description:

As the Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping department to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support.
• Establishing and maintaining cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are adequately maintained.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Coordinating with other departments to support infection control and safety measures.
• Managing housekeeping budgets, ordering supplies, and monitoring expenses.

Housekeeping Director Qualifications:
